Our retreats take place in private residences, outside of Austin, Texas. We also offer international retreats in Costa Rica.

Group sizes typically range from 6 to 10 participants, along with facilitators and the support team.

The energy exchange covers the full retreat experience, all meals, private or shared accommodations, and post integration support.

We accept cash, debit/credit cards. Payment plans are available upon request with a 3% fee and full balances are due day of retreat.

Yes, we ask that all participants commit to staying for the entire duration to fully receive the depth of the experience.

We will go over all details during our group zoom welcoming call to ensure you feel fully prepared.

Absolutely! If two people share a room we offer a discounted exchange.
